John Interview on ChannelNewsAsia

Playing the rebellious teenage son of a plastic surgeon has helped — or rather, forced — John Hensley to become comfortable with shooting difficult scenes.

In the award-winning drama Nip/Tuck, the youthful looking 27-year-old Kentucky-born actor plays Matt, the son of surgeon Sean McNamara.

In the show's first season, Matt had an eventful time. He tried to circumcise himself, without success; found out his girlfriend is a lesbian; lost his virginity; participated in three-way sex with two girls; and hit another girl with his car by accident.
